Required for a leading & growing agricultural biotechnology company (Camson Biotechnologies - www.camsonbiotechnologies.com) headquartered in Bangalore having presence across India, with two production facilities& sales offices in 7 states. The company is engaged in R&D based production of wide range of bio-products including biocides, bio-fertilizers and hybrid seeds.
Job Position: Company Secretary
Job Location: Bangalore
Experience: Atleast 4-5 years of post qualification experience preferably with a listed company
Job Profile: Candidate will be responsible for day to day secretarial, legal& license work.
Qualifications: CS + CA/ M Com/ LLB/ MBA (Finance)
Knowledge of Kannada language is essential.
