Job Description
Required a fresh/ one year experience qualified company (girl/boy) secretary for Rs 1000 crores turnover closely held company. Company engaged in setting up on turnkey basis projects in diversified engineering areas and more than 95% of revenue comes from operations in 30 countries in Africa and South East Asia.

Commerce back ground, Good command over written and spoken English and drafting skill is must. Exposure to legal documents for bank credit facilities, XBRL will be preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile
