• ACS /Law Graduate

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience with a reputed corporate house.

• Insurance sector regulatory knowledge and experience of compliance in a regulated environment would be an added advantage.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

• To develop new initiatives and make decisions, under the guidance of the Company Secretary & Head of Compliance.

Job Description
The Job responsibility would encompass:

• To handle all secretarial work including relating to convening of company meetings ( Board meeting, EGM, AGM and Committee meeting)

• To maintain all statutory registers and records.

• To provide adequate support to implement corporate governance framework in the Company

• To file forms and statutory returns as required under the Company Act

• To ensure compliance with all applicable provisions under the Companies Act and related statues.

• To perform other secretarial work such as capitalisation, issue of shares, appointment of directors etc.

• To provide support to Company Secretary and Head- Compliance in other compliance & secretarial work
